CHILDREN MINISTRY

The Bible says that as a child, Jesus "grew and became strong, he was filled with wisdom, and the grace of God was upon Him." Luke 8:10. That is the vision Fruit Cove Baptist church has for all the children God entrusts to us. We have committed ourselves to help cultivate and nurture children to become champions. Our culture celebrates children when they excel at sports and school. A champion is also someone who is a defender, protector and encourager. We believe as children discover God's love for them, and the plan He has for their life, they will grow into champions for Christ.

New Christians Class
Meets twice during the year - Reservations required
Becoming a Christian is the most important decision in our lives. To help kids understand what it means to become a Christian we have a New Christians class. The 4-week study covers topics such as how to become a Christian, baptism and the Lord's Supper, what it means to be a church member and how to develop a habit of daily Bible reading and prayer. The New Christians class encourages foundations for a strong Christian faith in a way a young believer can understand. The class meets twice a year and reservations are required. Contact the church office for the next scheduled class time and to make a reservation.
