Music Ministry Kick Off & Promotion

If you have an interest in singing or playing in the adult choir or orchestra, please stop by the Music Ministry table on August 15 or Sunday, August 22 for more information and to sign up to be part of this ministry.

The Celebration Choir & Orchestra are musical groups that meet once a week to prepare for Sunday services. The Celebration Choir is a family of singers who are 85 members strong. The Celebration Choir meets every Wednesday night at 7:40 and rehearses until 9:00. Each rehearsal is different and upbeat. The music that the Celebration Choir will sing, consists of everything from your traditional choral anthem to new anthems of praise. With Easter, Christmas and non-seasonal musicals, the church year is fully packed with music and opportunities for praise. The Orchestra also meets every Wednesday night at 7:40. The orchestra is under the direction of Debbie Wooten. This musical family plays all orchestration for Sunday services and all musical productions. The rehearsals are light and informative, and give each player a place of service. Student Music

The Student Choir "2nd Step" consists of a youth from 7th grade to 12th. "2nd Step", under the direction of Phil Russom, meet on Sunday afternoons at 4:30 pm to prepare for Sunday Services and special events. Children's Music

Our preschool choirs are for children ages 3, 4 & 5 yr old. They meet each Wednesday night at 6:00 pm with our children's mission's program to follow.

KidzPraiz is our graded children's choir program for all ages.
We have a 1st grade choir, 2nd & 3rd grade chior, 4th grade choir and a 5th & 6th grade choir. Each choir meets on Wednesdays from 6:45 - 7:30 pm.

Each choir learns their own music for each season and on occasion will join together for a musical production.

Music, with the heart of God's word, can give children an early start in the Christian life.
